You are invited to join Charles Mok's Election Meeting on 16 August (Saturday) at 22.00-23.00

• You can participate in the meeting via text chat, video conferencing, and microphone. It is possible to use all interactive options simultaneously.
• For text chat, simply type your message in the 'Chat' box provided.
• If you have a web cam, you may share your live video feed with the rest of the participants by turning on your web cam. Upon entering the meeting, click the WebCam Icon and follow the on-screen instructions to activate the web cam feature.
• If you would like to join in the discussion via audio, you can do so if you have a Microphone. If you wish to talk during the presentation, simply click the 'PUSH TO TALK' button and wait until the moderator passes the session over to you.

Here are some simple collaboration rules:

• If you wish to speak during the presentation, please click the 'PUSH TO TALK' button (top right corner of screen) and wait until the moderator passes the session over to you. TIP: While talking on the microphone, please turn down the speaker volume to avoid audio feedback broadcasting to other users.
• If you wish to contribute and draw on the presentation screen, click 'Request to Draw' (located on bottom left corner of screen)and wait until the moderator grants permission for you to draw.
• If you wish to get the room's attention during the presentation, please click the 'Raise Hand' button (top right corner of screen) and wait for acknowledgment.

You may need to have Adobe Flash Player installed before being able join the meeting. Adobe Flash Player can be installed from: here

To attend the meeting, please copy & paste the following link into your browser. Once in, you'll be asked to provide a screen name. The screen name will be used to identify yourself to the other meeting participants.
